2013 is well under way.  Many people have the best intentions of getting healthier/fitter/losing weight at the start of a new year, only to find their motivation and/or lack of planning has left them without much success. This year I wanted to reach out to a few individuals who were willing to put everything out there in exchange for some extra motivation and accountability.  This idea became known as the “Follow Me to Fitness Challenge.”  Two “challengers” were chosen to participate in two personal training sessions per week as well as keep a food log and personal diary to be shared with the public.  Not only will they be accountable to me and each other, but to the whole community.  Meet the challengers and learn what they hope to gain by losing.

I wanted Sara and Katie to really think hard about why they want this for themselves.  Losing weight takes resolve, diligence and strong motivation.  It also requires problem solving and planning ahead.  It won’t be easy, but with the right support it is possible.  Best of luck and success ladies!

Stay tuned for monthly updates and progress pictures.
