I was interested in losing weight and getting healthier. My acupuncturist recommended Kerri and Fit to You. The idea of someone coming to my house at a time I wanted made the choice easy. But, it was only after my initial meeting with Kerri that I was convinced this would work.

Kerri is committed to helping me reach my goals. She plans each day’s routine and every day is completely different. She evaluates and observes the individual’s abilities and makes changes when needed. She shows up when scheduled and saves me the time of driving to the gym. I don’t have any excuse! If I don’t feel like working out that day, I know I wouldn’t do it without her there to encourage me.

By the end of the first month I lost 5 inches*! I can now take my pants off and on without unbuttoning or unzipping! I sleep better and I have even stopped taking some medications which were necessary before. If you have been thinking about breast augmentation [reduction], don’t bother – just train with Kerri.

I read the advertisement in the Natural Awakenings Magazine and decided to give it a try. This was my first experience with a personal trainer.
